Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel your plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund—simple and hassle-free.

  • If more than 14 days but less than 28 days have passed, a partial refund may be available depending on the circumstances.

  • After 28 days, plans are non-refundable.

Refunds will always be returned to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days once approved.

Your right to cancel within 14 days applies regardless of payment method.

Plan Activation & Payments

  • Once you sign up, we’ll confirm your plan details and activation.

  • Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your payment method to avoid delays.

  • If a payment fails and we don’t hear back from you, your plan may be automatically cancelled.

Who Can Make Payments

Payments must be made by the policyholder or an authorised person. For your protection, we cannot accept payments from unauthorised third parties.
