  • IvoryCare reserves the right to decline coverage if appliances are pre-damaged or not in working condition at the time of plan purchase.

4. Payments & Renewals

  • All payments must be made in full and on time as per the selected plan.

  • Subscriptions will not automatically renew unless specified.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5. Exclusions

The following are not covered under any plan unless explicitly stated:

  • Pre-existing damage or faults.

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.).

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • After 14 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by law.

  • IvoryCare reserves the right to cancel coverage in cases of fraud, misuse, or non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability
