"Services" refers to appliance insurance plans, support, and any related offerings provided by IvoryCare.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services.
You confirm that the information provided to us is accurate and complete.
3. Service Coverage
Insurance coverage applies only to appliances specifically listed under your chosen plan.
Coverage details, exclusions, and limits are explained in your plan documents.
IvoryCare reserves the right to decline coverage if appliances are pre-damaged or not in working condition at the time of plan purchase.
4. Payments & Renewals
All payments must be made in full and on time as per the selected plan.
Subscriptions will not automatically renew unless specified.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
5. Exclusions
The following are not covered under any plan unless explicitly stated:
Pre-existing damage or faults.
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.).
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
Appliances used for commercial purposes.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may cancel their plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
After 14 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by law.
IvoryCare reserves the right to cancel coverage in cases of fraud, misuse, or non-payment.
7. Claims Process
All claims must be submitted through our official support channels.
Proof of appliance ownership and issue details may be required.
IvoryCare may arrange repair, replacement, or reimbursement as per the plan terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
IvoryCare shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the current plan.
9. Changes to Terms
IvoryCare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
